PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

OKOR cannot guarantee and accepts no liability in regards to the availability of stock and the time frame involved in delivering any goods or service pursuant to the Purchaser’s order.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Confirmation of your order will be sent to your e-mail address. The e-mail will reconfirm all delivery and shipping details, charges and any other relevant information.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that all information provided is accurate. We aim to ship within2-3 business days of orders being placed.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation by OKOR:
OKOR reserves the right to cancel any order at any time without notification.

Cancellation by Purchaser:
We aim to ship online orders within 2-3 business days of the order being placed. Should you wish to cancel an order after payment has been accepted, please contact OKOR immediately via e-mail at okorjewellery@gmail.com

If an order is cancelled after dispatch, shipping charges will not be refunded and it will be the purchaser’s responsibility to return the parcel by trackable registered mail at their expense.

BILLING

Transactions for purchases are made through PayPal or Stripe; accepting all major credit and debit cards.

All goods remain the property of OKOR until they are paid-for in full. Please ensure you enter your contact and delivery details correctly, including your phone number, so that we can contact you if necessary.

CURRENCY

All product and shipping prices on the OKOR website are quoted and settled in Euros (EUR). Some credit card providers may charge additional fees, please contact your credit card provider or PayPal for more information.

CUSTOM TAXES

Every Okor product shipped to international addresses is subject to custom taxes imposed by your  country. Any additional international charges will be at the expense of the Purchaser .

SHIPPING INFORMATION

OKOR ships from Croatia with HP (Croatian Post) Registered Mail. Every parcel will have a unique tracking number assigned to it.

Shipping within Croatia:
Please allow between 2-5 business days for delivery . A tracking number will be sent to you by  e-mail to the e-mail address you provide, which will enable you to track the progress of your parcel .

International shipping:
Please allow between  1 - 4 weeks for delivery .
A tracking number will besent to youby email  to the e-mail address you provide, which will enable you to track the progress of your parcel .

ONLINE RETURNS

If an item is defective upon receipt, the Purchaser should contact OKOR immediately and provide photographic evidence of the defect. The item may need to be returned to OKOR if further inspection is required. The Purchaser is responsible for return shipping fees. If the item is deemed defective by OKOR, returns will only be accepted within 7 days of goods being received. Returns and refunds are not accepted if the Purchaser has had a change of heart, not read the items description, dimensions or shop policies, or has exceeded the 7 days.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, within their gift box or display card. Proof of purchase must be supplied for all returns/exchanges/repairs. Please pack all exchanges carefully, as OKOR cannot be responsible for items damaged in return transit to OKOR. An address will be provided to the Purchaser upon email discussion: okorjewellery@gmail.com

The Purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning goods to OKOR

FAULTY ITEMS

OKOR will offer a refund or replacement when an item is faulty .

Proof of purchase must be supplied for all faulty claims.

Please contact us via e-mail at okorjewellery@gmail.com prior to sending back your goods to notify us of the fault.

Please pack all exchanges carefully, as OKOR cannot be responsible for damaged items in return transit.

We will assess the goods when they are received to determine if they are faulty. We will not cover shipping costs or provide a refund for items which are damaged due to mistreatment or normal wear.

Where goods are deemed to be faulty we will send you a replacement item in a similar colour and style. In the event that the particular item has sold out and cannot be replaced we will contact the Purchaser to determine the most suitable course of action. This may involve providing an alternative item, store credit or full refund to the card which was used for the original purchase. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed to the Purchaser.

PRODUCT VARIATION

Every OKOR product is carefully handmade using olive wood and eco resin. A handmade item is a creaton of love and skills.
